They also presented awards to three customs inspectors responsible for the arrest of Ahmed Ressam, the Algerian man arrested in Washington state for allegedly taking bomb-making materials into the U.S. through Canada. After the ceremony Commissioner Kelly and the three inspectors answered questions from the media. close
