His findings on the top recipient companies, including AIG, Bank of America, Chrysler and General Motors, advised them to reduce their bonuses and reform their salary plans.
Governor Tarullo’s speech at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business Roundtable: Executive Compensation: Practices and Reforms, was titled "Incentive Compensation, Risk Management, and Safety and Soundness".
