Senator John McCain (R-AZ) and French philosopher Bernard-Henri Levy talked about U.S. policy toward Syria and its ongoing civil war. They argued for a more pro-active role for the U.S. in Syria, Senator McCain calling for a no-fly zone. They were interviewed by Robert Kagan and responded to questions from members of the audience.
