Panelists discussed the new Heritage Foundation survey looking at international data on global and domestic terrorism. According to the survey, terrorists have made over 38,000 attacks against all nations including the United States in the past forty years. Topics included the current state of homeland security in comparison to before September 11, 2011; the effectiveness of relying on citizens in counterterrorism efforts; and cyber security. They answered questions from the audience at the end of the discussion. close
