Officials released a report titled “2005 Monitoring the Future Survey on Teen Drug Abuse.” The report examined recent trends in juvenile drug use and found a modest decline in teen drug abuse of alcohol and tobacco, but found increases in use of prescription pills such as OxyContin. Marijuana use remained significant, but had declined slightly. Following their remarks they answered questions from reporters. close
