Cases included Ledbetter v. Goodyear Tire and Rubber which concluded that workers cannot sue employers over unequal pay due to discrimination allegedly occurring years earlier, and Gonzales v. Carhart which concluded that the late term abortion ban does not have to include an exception for the health of the mother.
