Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg visited with students, faculty and guests at the University of Connecticut in Hartford. She spoke briefly of the comity between the nine justices on the Court and their spouses before her former law clerk, Paul Berman, asked her a series of questions. Topics included: when a justice should recuse him- or herself from a case, the papers of former Justice Harry Blackmun, citing international law in Supreme Court decisions, and her favorite Supreme Court justice. close
