Witnesses testified on interactive video systems. Mr. Hendricks advocated a single transmission delivery standard in order to lower costs for providers of these systems. The emphasis of Mr. Horowitz’s testimony was that all providers of information need equal access to the set-top boxes proposed for channeling this information flow. Mr. Krisbergh echoed this concern for provider equal access and also supported consumer equal access. close
