Dr. JudyAnn Bigby spoke on the health care debate. She talked about the Massachusetts plan. This plan included support for low income individuals, expansion of Medicaid, a subsidized insurance plan for those not eligible for Medicaid and beneath a certain income level, the merging of the small and large group insurance markets, and employer contributions. Following her remarks, which were accompanied by slides, she answered questions from the audience. close
