Lawrence Summers was interviewed at an Atlantic summit on economic recovery in the United States and globally. He said the economic growth rate over the next decade would determine the levels of future sustainable growth and employment. He also said that if the economy stagnates it would be the most serious threat to the nation’s fiscal health. He responded to questions from the audience.
