At an official state funeral members of Congress gathered to pay tribute to the life and career of Former President Ronald Reagan. Eulogies honoring President Reagan were given by The Speaker of the House, President Pro Tempore of the Senate and Vice President. The three also laid wreaths at the coffin. Following the official ceremony, dignitaries and officials guests passed by the coffin to pay their respects.

The ceremony also included patriotic music and the posting of a military honor guard.
