Mr. McCormack spoke to reporters briefly about the pardoning in Cambodia of opposition leader Sam Rainsy and parliamentarian Cheam Channy. He also announced Secretary Rice’s plans to accompany President Bush to the funeral for Coretta Scott King. Following his brief remarks, Mr. McCormack responded to questions and comments from the reporters.
