White House Staff and Cabinet

As part of a conference on President George W. Bush’s second term, experts discussed the White House staff and the cabinet. Professor Warshaw compared the new cabinet and sub-cabinet with previous versions, speculating about how the president’s choices reflect representation, policy-making, and presidential style.
