House Speaker John Boehner gave his weekly legislative briefing to the press. He talked about the June 2011 jobs report, which rose to 9.2 percent from 9.1 percent in May. He also said the new report furthered their resolve to not include tax increases in a compromise on the budget and national debt negotiations. He was joined by other House Republicans.
