Elon Musk talked about the future of human space flight in advance of his company’s planned November 30, 2011, flight to the International Space Station. In his speech he announced his company’s plan to develop a fully- and rapidly- reusable launch rocket. He said that reusable rockets can pose a tough engineering problem, but Space X would make an attempt and said the company had a “design that works on paper.” close
