Panelists talked the topic, “Confronting the Judicial War on Faith,” focusing on the role of religion in judicial decision-making and opposition to several judicial decisions on social policies. Among the issues they addressed were the sanctity of life, the definition marriage, gay rights, displays of the Ten Commandments in society and uses as historical documents, free speech and pornography, as well as the courts' position on abortion. Following their remarks they answered questions from the audience.
