Mr. Sell talked about his book, Slobodan Milosevic and the Destruction of Yugoslavia, published by Duke University Press, that covers both sides of the wars in Slovenia and Croatia, Bosnia and Kosovo. A former U.S. foreign service officer, Mr. Sell talked about the life and career of Slobodan Milosevic and described his own observations of Milosevic from his rise to power to the Dayton Peace Conference after the Bosnian war. Mr. Sell also answered questions from members of the audience. close
