Michael Scharf and Paul Williams talked about the impact of international law on the decision-making process at the State Department. The co-authors spoke to ten former U.S. State Department legal advisers, going back to the Carter administration, to find out how big a role international law played in determining their responses during times of international crises. Prof. Scharf and Prof. Williams spoke at Joseph Beth Booksellers in Lyndhurst, Ohio. close
