Mr. Chernau answered questions on the Harris v. Forklift Systems case and will be defending Forklift Systems. Mr. Venick answered questions on the significance of the case and the future of sexual harassment cases. Ms. Lenhoff and Ms. Greenberger both made statements that women’s rights would suffer a setback if the Supreme Court were to decide in favor of the employer. This is the first sexual harassment case to appear before the Court in seven years.
