The Senate passed S. 2751, to designate certain lands in Montana as wilderness, to release other forest lands for multiple-use management. The Senate passed H.R. 3911, to amend title, United States Code, to provide increased penalties for certain major frauds against the United States. The Senate concurred in the amendment of the House to S. 11, to amend title 38, United States Code, to establish certain procedures for the adjudication of claims for benefits under laws administered by the Veterans' Administration, to apply the provisions of section 353 of title 5, United States Code, to rule making procedures of the Veterans' Administration, to provide for the payment of reasonable fees to attorneys for rendering legal representation to individuals claiming benefits under laws administered by the Veterans' Administration. close
