Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius talked about the implementation of the the Affordable Care Act and ways the law would benefit the Latino community. She said Hispanics have one of the highest rates of uninsured among racial and ethnic groups and that the her department was providing outreach to the Latino community to encourage enrollment in health care exchanges under the health care law to reduce this problem. Following her prepared remarks, Secretary Sebelius took part in a panel discussion about the law. close
