Somali-born Ayaan Hirsi Ali fights against Islamic fundamentalism with her writings while Pakistani Aafia Siddiqui, who was educated in the U.S., is a strong proponent of jihad. She discussed the lives of both women with a former Pakistan ambassador to the United Kingdom, Akbar Ahmed.
