Ann Hagedorn talked about her book, Savage Peace: Hope and Fear in America, 1919, published by Simon and Schuster. In her book Ann Hagedorn details the condition of the United States in 1919, including the end of World War I, the effects of Bolshevism, the founding of the FBI, an increase in race and labor riots, and a heightened level of terrorism. She was interviewed by Eric Arnesen. After the interview Ms. Hagedorn responded to audience members' questions. close
