Alison Weir and Tito Howard talked about the 1967 attack on the USS Liberty by Israeli forces and the subsequent cover up of the incident. Ms. Weir’s remarks were based on interviews with survivors, former naval personnel, and recently declassified documents. She called for Congressional hearings into the incident that left several U.S. sailors dead. Following their remarks they answered questions from the audience. close
