Chris Rowsom, executive director of Historic Ships in Baltimore, toured the USS Constellation, located in Baltimore, Maryland’s Inner Harbor. Built in 1854, the USS Constellation is the last all-sail warship built by the U.S. Navy, and the only Civil War era ship still afloat. The Constellation was first commissioned in 1855, and was last decommissioned in 1955. This is the second of a two-part program. close
