A two-day policy-making forum called “Terrorism, Security and America’s Purpose: Towards a More Comprehensive Strategy” was held to mark the fourth anniversary of the September 11 attacks.

On the second day of the forum, Representative Saxton, Mr. Hamilton, and Mr. Metzl discussed topics including the terrorism challenge, principles leaders could agree on, and the human connection. They also responded to questions from members of the audience. close
