Randall Robinson, the executive director of Transafrica, along with legal group representatives, and members of the Congressional Black Caucus held a briefing to react to the administration’s new Haitian refugee policy. Mr. Robinson held a three-week hunger strike which resulted in the policy change. Following brief opening remarks the panel of speakers took questions from members of the press assembled in the room. close
