Intelligence leaders testified at an annual hearing about security threats facing the U.S. at home and abroad. Among the topics addressed were Afghanistan, the continued troubles with the Taliban, Iran's nuclear weapons aspirations, drugs in Mexico and charges of the CIA working with the New York Police Department in an inappropriate manner.
