Dr. Denis Cortese, president and chief executive officer of the Mayo Clinic, spoke about the need for reforming both health insurance and the health care delivery system. The Mayo Clinic has been cited by President Obama and others as a model for health care services and cost control. Dr. Cortese talked about developing a patient-focused system and urged members of Congress work together to reform the current health care system.
