Representative Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA), House Foreign Affairs Emerging Threats Subcommittee chair, talked about his reasons for voting against authorization to fund training of Syrian rebels fighting ISIS* militants, which was part of the continuing resolution to fund the government through December 11, 2014. He also discussed other U.S. defense and foreign policy challenges, including the ongoing dispute between Ukraine and Russia over control of Crimea and U.S.-Russia relations.
