Michel spoke on the state of the courts. Circuit Judge Richard Linn gave an update on information technology. Circuit Judge Alvin A. Schall gave an update on the mediation pilot program. Federal Circuit Judicial Council Executive and Clerk of Court Jan Horbaly gave an update on Federal Circuit rules.
