The National Committee on U.S.-China Relations and the U.S.-China Business Council held this dinner at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in honor of Chinese Vice Premier Wang Qishan and State Councilor Dai Bingguo, along with their ministerial delegations, who were in Washington, D.C. for the Strategic and Economic Dialogue. Opening remarks were delivered by Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner and Chinese Vice Premier Wang Qishan, whose statement was simultaneously translated. close
