Representative Paul Ryan (R-WI) was the keynote speaker at the Iowa Republican Party’s Spring Lincoln Dinner. He talked about what his party’s strategy should be for winning future elections and criticized the Obama administration for what he called its violation of the rule of law. Following his remarks, he spoke with many of the attendees as well as the reporters covering the event and commented on the departure of health And Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius.
