The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace held a panel discussion on the future Russian presidency of the G-8. Panelists discussed the upcoming Russian leadership, which in 2006 will be Russia’s first time holding the G-8 presidency, and its expected impact on Russian cooperation on nonproliferation issues. Following their discussion, the panelists responded to questions and comments from members of the audience. Mr. Trenin moderated the panel. close
