The Aspin-Brown Commission released the results of its year-long review of the intelligence needs of the United States and how those needs have changed since the fall of the Soviet Union. The bipartisan commission was created by Congress to review U.S. intelligence activities in the post-Cold War world. The participants answered questions from the reporters at the National Press Club. close
