North Korean Ambassador Han spoke about the situation on the Korean peninsula. He discussed diplomatic relationships with Western Europe, human rights, and nuclear issues. Ambassador Han also talked about tensions between the United States and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK). There was no question and answer session after the ambassador’s prepared remarks.
