Governor Luis Fortuno of Puerto Rico talked about his Capitol Hill visit to advocate for parity in health care funding for U.S. residents of Puerto Rico. He believes residents of the island have not received equal treatment in health care programs such as Medicare and Medicaid. Governor Fortuno also discussed President Obama’s current plans for health care and responded to telephone calls and electronic correspondence.
