Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice gave the keynote address at at the George W. Bush Institute's two-day summit on global health. In her remarks she highlighted U.S. commitments to global health, mentioning programs enacted during the Bush and Obama administrations. She said such programs have saved countless lives around the world and urged lawmakers to continue to lead. She was introduced by the former president.
