In the first half of a two-hour panel, law professors discussed the major cases of the 2002-2003 U.S. Supreme Court term. They reviewed some of the major decisions of the term and also tried to interpret the opinions of the justices and their impact on the law. Professor Howard moderated the discussion, which was held at the Judicial Conference of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. The program was introduced by Chief Judge Wilkins.
