The Heritage Foundation’s James Sherk and the Center for American Progress' David Madland talked about a Congressional Budget Office report that analyzed President Obama’s proposal to raise the minimum wage from $7.25 to $10.10 an hour by 2016. The report found that doing so could increase earnings for 16.5 million low-wage Americans, but could cost the nation about 500,000 jobs. close
