National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Report 10th Anniversary

The new report examined threats to the U.S, homeland security issues, and policy recommendations. Former Commission members called on Congress to reform oversight of the Homeland Security Department, and noted that the structure of oversight committees was not working and counterproductive.
