Army, Air Force, Navy and Marines chiefs testified on the progress toward implementing the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” repeal law allowing gays and lesbians in the military. In their remarks they said that training for implementation was on track or ahead of schedule, and that acceptance of the policy had been more positive than projected. close
