President Obama made remarks at the the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation's annual legislative conference. He focused on the state of the economy and his jobs plan before Congress. He also responded to criticism from some members of the caucus that they were "getting tired" of inaction on unemployment by admonishing the audience to "Take off your bedroom slippers, put on your marching shoes. Shake it off. Stop complaining, stop grumbling, stop crying."
