General Tom Cosentino talked about training the Afghan Security Forces as the U.S. and the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) began withdrawal from Afghanistan. He also talked about ongoing recruitment efforts amid the 2014 deadline in which all U.S. and allied combat troops were scheduled to leave Afghanistan.
