As part of a two-day symposium on the legacy of the Rehnquist Court, journalists spoke about the Rehnquist Court and the media. Among the topics discussed were the anonymity of the U.S. Supreme Court Justices, decisions made during Chief Justice Rehnquist’s tenure, and relationships with the Supreme Court press corps. Following their discussion, the panelists responded to questions and comments from members of the audience. Professor Turley moderated the panel. close
