After being introduced by Pat Choate, Mr. Perot spoke to Reform Party members at a national meeting. He spoke about his recent presidential campaign and the need for the party to continue to organize and advocate for its core issues, including balanced budgets, fair trade and political reform both to garner the support of a disaffected public and to make sure these reforms are truly enacted by the two major parties. Then, Mr. Choate spoke briefly to the members.
