Christopher Shays, ranking member of the House Oversight Subcommittee on National Security and Foreign Affairs, talked about the care of wounded soldiers at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. The subcommittee is holding a hearing today on the current status of care at Walter Reed. A year ago, the Washington Post wrote about the troubles of soldiers returning from Iraq in getting care. Rep. Shays responded to telephone calls and electronic mail.
