Senator Mary Landrieu hosted a “Hope and Recovery Summit” to commemorate the second anniversary of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita and the flooding that followed. Arkansas Governor Huckabee made remarks and responded to questions. The moderator was Lee Zurik, news correspondent for WWL-TV.

This “Presidential Leadership Forum” was part of the event which was held at the University of New Orleans Lindy C. Boggs International Conference Center Auditorium.
