Iraq Reconstruction Progress
The Project and Contracting Office was responsible for implementing nearly $13.7 billion of the $18.44 billion in the Iraq Relief and Reconstruction Fund approved by Congress. The PCO reports to the U.S. Army and Department of Defense on matters relating to program management and contracting, and to the Iraq Reconstruction Management Office of the State Department on matters relating to priorities and requirements.
