Officials spoke to the press about indictments issued in a case involving alleged fraudulent use of funds for Iraq reconstruction. The indictment had been unsealed in the District of New Jersey charging three former officers of the United States Army and two U.S. civilians for their roles in a complex bribery scheme involving the theft of millions of dollars from the Coalition Provisional Authority in Iraq.
